DEN Partners On New Travel Assist Program

Denver International Airport (DEN) has revealed DEN Travel Assist brought to you by SkySquad, a new program designed to help travelers navigate DEN efficiently and with ease.

DEN Travel Assist offers a simple online platform to book airport assistance, with rates starting at $59. Travelers needing extra assistance can visit FlyDenver.com/DENTravelAssist to make a reservation. Customers are introduced to their personal assistant by text message the day before travel to agree on the best meeting spot and confirm the passenger’s arrival time.

DEN Travel Assist assistants can meet customers at their airline ticket counter, at their car to unload luggage, bags, car seats, and more. DEN Travel Assist manages all the baggage, walks customers to check-in, and ensures a seamless process. They will also meet a traveler at their gate upon arrival and escort them to baggage claim or help them reach their next mode of transportation to their destination beyond.

The program contractor, SkySquad, will provide domestic and international departure and connection assistance along with domestic arrivals and hopes to add international arrival services at DEN by the end of the year.

“We are thrilled to offer DEN Travel Assist to travelers flying into and out of Denver,” said DEN CEO Phil Washington. “Travel can be stressful, and DEN Travel Assist offers a new way to make the airport experience more enjoyable and seamless, especially for those who are in need of extra help. We are confident that our passengers will appreciate this new service.”
