The Columbus Regional Airport Authority has unveiled a new look and features for its FlyColumbus.com website, including an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot to assist passengers in planning and navigating their travel through John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH).
In addition to the AI chatbot, the revamped site also features a new and improved terminal map. In collaboration with Where We Fly, there’s also a new interactive map with information on all 53 nonstop destinations from Columbus airports. The site now includes a safety page with live updates on TSA checkpoint wait times. .
The redesigned website reflects CMH’s commitment to ADA accessibility with text on images, captions on videos, and accessibility adjustment options to the make the content accessible to all travelers.
