Wichita’s Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT)’s Aviator’s Café will soon become a revamped grab-and-go convenience concept. The store, which is operated by ICT concessionaire MSE Branded Foods, will be converted into a 24/7 mini market called Grab & Go. Offering freshly made sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold beverages as well as Keurig-brewed coffee, the Grab & Go market will also feature self-serve POS systems accepting debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Officials say that the transition will be complete in the next 3-6 months.
