PHOENIX – JFKIAT LLC, which operates Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International (JFK), won the Richard A. Greisbach Award of Excellence, and Eric Johnson, director of commercial management and airline affairs at Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP), was named Concessions Person of the Year at the ACI-NA Airport Concessions awards show in Phoenix.
“ACI-NA’s Airport Concessions Awards highlight the innovation and leadership demonstrated across the airport concessions industry, and we’re delighted to showcase the best products and services available to air travelers throughout North America,” says Kevin Burke, president and CEO of ACI-NA.
JFKIAT won the Greisbach award for significantly changing and expanding its terminal capabilities to meet expanding passenger traffic needs. The program now, ACI-NA officials say, better reflects the diversity of New York City, 31 international airlines and an increasing domestic passenger load, as well.
Johnson was honored for the work he has done overseeing the concessions program at MSP, which was named the 2014 Best Overall Concessions Program by Airport Revenue News and ACI-NA’s Best Food and Beverage Program in 2013.

• New News and Gift Concept: Wall Street Journal Newsstand/Travel Store with Starbucks Coffee, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County (DTW), operated by HMSHost Corp.
• Best New Duty Free Concept: Dufry, ORD
• Best Food & Beverage Program, Large Airport: LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal
• Best Food & Beverage Program, Medium/Small Airport: Fort McMurray International (YMM)
