Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking an Airline Real Estate Director to direct the development, acquisition, leasing and property management of the Airport’s real property and facilities for airlines.
You will be responsible for: 1) managing all airside and landside airline agreements at DEN; 2) developing and maintaining relationships with local and corporate airline partners; 3) maintaining a deep understanding of the airline rates and charges model used at DEN and at other leading airports, and; 4) being the DEN internal subject matter expert regarding this area of the business and coordinates with other DEN divisions effectively and on a timely basis.
Education Requirement:
Baccalaureate Degree or higher in business, aviation administration, real estate, marketing, retail management or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
Three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate development with a focus on airlines.
Education/Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.

License Requirement:
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license
