The Airmall in Pittsburgh International (PIT) is now home to Vino Volo and Knickers and will add a Starbucks in the near future.
“We strive to offer travelers a variety of fantastic options to make the traveling experience more enjoyable,” says Jay Kruisselbrink, senior vice president of Airmall USA. “These new additions continue to establish the Airmall as a great shopping destination.”
The Vino Volo location is 979 square feet and is located in Concourse B. The wine bar offers tasting flights and wines by the glass, and in-house sommeliers are on hand to assist travelers.
Knickers occupies a 734-square-foot space and features men’s and women’s underwear from Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. The store is located in the airport’s Center Core.
Finally, Starbucks will have an airside location that will be 1,278 square feet in size. It will be in the Center Core and open on Dec. 21. A temporary landside Starbucks kiosk near baggage claim will be in operation during the week of Christmas. A permanent unit will open at the end of the first quarter of 2016 in the landside terminal, replacing the kiosk.
