Airport Lounge Development Adds The Club At PIT

Airport Lounge Development, has opened its 17th lounge location, The Club at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). The PIT location is the fourth ALD venue to open in airports this year.  Airport Lounge Development’s newest lounge will serve as a temporary retreat awaiting the completion of the permanent lounge in the fall 2017.

Airport Lounge Development’s shared use lounge concept provides all guests access to the lounge regardless of class of ticket purchased, choice of airline or affinity membership.

The Club is located in Concourse C, between gates C54 and C56, and is accessible from Concourses A, B and D. The Club location will remain open to travelers until the completion of the 1800 sq. ft. permanent lounge, separately located across from gate C52, this fall. In the temporary lounge, guests can enjoy the full array of amenities including complimentary premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, and a variety of reading materials.

“As the demand for a lounge alternative continues to increase Airport Lounge Development is the solution for airports across the U.S. looking to improve the traveler experience and grow non-aeronautical revenues,” said Nancy Knipp, senior vice president of ALD.
