Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is seeking proposals for two airport services: 1) Guest Services and Support, and 2) Customer Service Volunteer Management Services. Proposers may submit for one or both proposals. PHX serves over 40 million passengers annually in three terminals.
The Guest Services and Support contractor will provide day-to-day operation and management of City-designated information/reception counters throughout PHX, including the Federal Inspection Services Facility. The Customer Service Volunteer Management Services contractor will provide day-to-day operation and management of the PHX Navigator volunteer program, including scheduling and program coordination, training, and coordinating volunteer appreciation activities.
Contracts for both services are two-year period commencing on or about July 1, 2016 with options up to three additional years. The submittal deadline is 2:00 pm Phoenix Time – Friday February 5, 2016.
