The volunteer-run 5,000 square-foot USO lounge at BWI, second largest USO in the world, has a few snack bars and other services but since it is located pre-security, food and retail stores located inside the terminals are inaccessible. With Airport Sherpa, meals and retail items like phone chargers, SIM cards, books and magazines will be delivered straight to military members using the lounge.
