Delaware North has opened a new food and beverage concept at Charleston International Airport (CHS) in the Terminal A-B connector. Ashley Cooper Provisions, a 50-seat restaurant named after the convergence of the Ashley and Cooper Rivers, features a Charleston-inspired menu with signature items like the Lowcountry Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich, Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail and Pimento Cheese BLT. Delaware North celebrated the restaurant’s grand opening by partnering with Tito’s Handmade Vodka to raise funds for local homelessness recovery nonprofit One80 Place. In addition to a donation made by Tito’s “Love Team,” Delaware North and Tito’s will offer a limited-edition Grand Harvest cocktail designed by local mixologists The Cocktail Bandits to raise money for the organization. Ashley Cooper Provisions is one of several new Delaware North concepts to land at CHS including a new Starbucks and Commonhouse Aleworks. The concessionaire will begin construction on the Southern Table, a Charleston-focused eatery featuring fare from Food Network host and chef Kardea Brown, in 2025.

“The Ashley and Cooper Rivers have influenced the development and character of Charleston throughout the centuries,” said Michael Blake, director of airport operations for Delaware North. “Today, the convergence of these rivers continues to be a focal point for both residents and visitors, so we thought it appropriate to make it a defining point of the restaurant.”

“Ashley Cooper Provisions will offer an authentic taste of Charleston’s renowned culinary culture, showcasing local flavors that both visitors and our community will appreciate,” added Summey Elliott Summey, CHS executive director and CEO. “Delaware North has been a great partner in helping us elevate the food and beverage offerings at CHS, and we look forward to furthering this collaboration as we work together to make our airport a world-class destination.”
