Avius Launches Touchless Feedback at ATL

Avius announced this week that Gestures, its touchless AI-powered thumbs up/thumbs down survey experience, has launched at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

ATL travelers can now go to a Gestures kiosk and show a thumbs-up for a positive experience or a thumbs-down for a bad one. Gestures can also be used to answer yes or no questions regarding the customer experience.

Avius said it does not store personal traveler or other data on Gestures and results can be accessed in real-time, enabling the airport to immediately resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.

“In today’s COVID environment we recognize that touchless technology is critical, and we are confident that passengers will feel comfortable using Avius gestures to provide their important feedback,” said Steve Mayers, airport director/customer experience, for the City of Atlanta. “This will enable us to maintain a laser focus on our passengers’ health and safety, which is currently our top priority.”

Avius has also launched Gestures at LEGOLAND in Florida.
