Airport Experience News has named Zenola Campbell, vice president of concessions for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, as its 2018 Property Manager of the Year. Campbell was chosen from a competitive field of candidates whose work has positively impacted their airports as well as the overall industry.
“Since 2006, Zenola has been integral in shaping one of the largest and most highly respected concessions programs in the U.S.,” says Ramon Lo, publisher of Airport Experience News. “Under her leadership, DFW has continuously expanded and refreshed its program with the latest dining, retail and service options to better appeal to the traveling public.”
Campbell also stood out in the highly competitive field for her commitment to mentoring the next generation of airport leaders, a fact that many colleagues noted during the nomination process.
“Zenola’s impact on the industry has been tremendous,” adds Lo. “AXN is honored to recognize her as our Property Manager of the Year.”
Campbell will be honored for her achievements at the Awards Gala on the fine day of the Airport Experience Conference, taking place February 24-27 in Las Vegas.
