Airport developer BAA USA has been acquired by Prospect Capital Corporation and will be renamed AIRMALL® USA, Inc. The transaction was completed July 30, 2010.

AIRMALL® USA will continue to manage and develop the retail, food and beverage concessions at Pittsburgh International (PIT), Boston Logan International (BOS), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI), and Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE).
