BAA Cleveland has officially taken over as the management company for food and beverage concessions at Cleveland-Hopkins International (CLE).
“BAA Cleveland is excited to share how the new AIRMALL will take shape and how it will undoubtedly enhance the passenger experience at Hopkins when it is completed, says Tina LaForte, vice president of BAA Cleveland. “Our long-term plans include a mix of local, regional and national brands that will all offer ‘Regular Mall Prices…Guaranteed,’ which is the hallmark of the AIRMALL.”
BAA Cleveland has appointed the members of a joint venture to develop and manage interim food and beverage concessions at CLE: AES Management Corp. and PremAir Hospitality Group LLC. During the transition, passengers will have an array of dining options from which to choose, including Prime-1 Slider Co.; Mia Nonna Pizzeria; Caffe Siena; 5300 Boulevard; Cantina El Agave; Home Field; Brewers Alley; and West Side Provisions. They will also have access to Cinnabon, Pizza Hut and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
The city of Cleveland awarded BAA Cleveland a 10-year contract in February 2008 to develop and manage concessions at the airport.
