Steve Bass has been promoted to chief operating officer of Delaware North’s travel business.
Bass will report to Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel business. Bass will oversee all of the company’s food service and retail operations at airports in the United States. He will also develop and implement plans for growth and profitability, develop location and corporate management teams, and strive to enhance client relationships.
Bass has been with Delaware North for more than 12 years. He was most recently regional vice president of the travel business. In that role he oversaw Delaware North’s southeast region, which includes operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL), Nashville International (BNA), Richmond International (RIC), Charleston International (CHS), Tampa International (TPA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL).
