Airport industry veteran Drake Beaton is the new director of properties and contracts at Spokane International Airport (GEG), in charge of negotiating, implementing, and managing leases and contracts as well as overseeing risk management and property development.
Beaton brings to the new position extensive experience in property development, concession management, financial forecasting, with previous roles at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Sacramento International Airport (SMF), ICF International, and most recently at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC).
The national search that resulted in Beaton’s hiring at GEG was conducted by ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained executive search firm.
