Berry Field Bistro Brings Soul Food To BNA

Berry Field Bistro, the latest concept from HMSHost Corp., has made a home at Nashville International (BNA).

Located in Concourse C near Gate C2, the restaurant focuses on the use of fresh, local ingredients in its dishes.

“It is a great pleasure to be celebrating the opening of Berry Field Bistro with our valued partner the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority,” said Kent Vanden Oever, vice president of business development for Host. “Berry Field Bistro is a truly unique restaurant that respects the region and delivers an authentic and exciting taste of Tennessee to guests.”

The menu includes dishes like southern waffles with maple bacon, pecans and sweet butter; the Cobb salad; the turkey-breast BLT; and the roast beef press sandwich. There’s also a bakery section and a charcuterie and fromage section. Plus, a variety of freshly squeezed and mixed juices are available. As for beverages, local beers from Yazoo Brewing Company and Little Harpeth Brewing are on tap.

“We are delighted our long-time concessions partner HMSHost selected BNA to open Berry Field Bistro, a unique concept utilizing local farm resources for meats, cheeses and produce,” said Rob Wigington, president and CEO of MNAA. “Passengers will love this farm-to-table restaurant with a diverse and delicious menu, as well as unique local merchandise to take a little piece of Nashville with you to your next destination.”
