BlackBerry From Wireless Giant Arrives At IAH

BlackBerry from Wireless Giant has opened its seventh store, this one at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH).

Wireless Giant and InMotion Entertainment have opened the 858 sq. ft. store in the Federal Inspection Services Building and offers BlackBerry products and services for consumers and corporate customers.

At the store, customers can purchase and activate BlackBerry smart phones from AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless for use with BlackBerry Internet Service and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The stores also offer support services and personal accessories.

“Wireless Giant has been successful in rolling out BlackBerry from Wireless Giant stores both on the street and in a number of major airport locations, and we believe the location in Houston is a great location for the customers we aim to serve,” says Isaac Hanna, president and CEO of Wireless Giant.

“InMotion Entertainment has worked with Westfield [Concession Management] and the IAH team for many years and we are elated to introduce the BlackBerry retail concept,” said Jeremy Smith, president of Project Horizon Inc., dba InMotion Entertainment. “InMotion Entertainment’s primary responsibilities are site selection, lease negotiations, and location development. Wireless Giant provides specialized training and operational guidance and together we believe we can deliver the optimal retail environment for the BlackBerry brand.”

“Introducing an airport store that specializes in BlackBerry smart phones and accessories ensures that our travelers can always easily and conveniently access the technology they need for a successful trip,” said Dominic Lowe, senior vice president of airports for Westfield Concession Management.
