Bob Evans Express Opens At CMH

Bob Evans Farms Inc. has partnered with HMSHost Corp. and Port Columbus International (CMH) to open Bob Evans Express at CMH.

Representatives from both companies and the airport held a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 10 at the restaurant’s location in Concourse B.

“Partnering with Bob Evans and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, two remarkable Ohio organizations, to bring the first Bob Evans Express to Port Columbus has been a very positive experience and we are so excited to be up and running,” says Derryl Benton, HMSHost’s executive vice president of business development. “Bob Evans is a renowned restaurant brand with both local and national appeal, and we are proud to provide the latest iteration of this beloved brand to travelers of Port Columbus.”

Traditional menu items will include the Rise & Shine Farmhouse Breakfast, cheeseburger and Cinnamon Blossoms. Additionally, new menu items will focus on portability, such as the salsa and cheese breakfast bake, wildfire grilled chicken wrap and pot roast mashed potato bowl.

“Port Columbus is thrilled to partner with HMSHost and Bob Evans in offering another locally prominent dining choice to our Concourse B customers,” says Elaine Roberts, president and CEO of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. “Passengers flying Air Canada, American/US Airways, United and Vacation Express will enjoy the menu items – some new and some old favorites – that Bob Evans Express provides in this new airport venue.”
