REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE TERMINAL 3 EAST BOOKSTORE LEASE
AT SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3 East Bookstore Lease. The proposed minimum financial offer is $400,000 with a term of seven years and a single two-year option, exercisable at the Commission’s discretion. Annual Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee or the sum of the percentage rent structured as follows: 8% of Gross Revenues achieved up to $2,000,000.00; plus, 10% of gross revenues achieved over $2,000,000.00.
The Informational Conference is on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Terminal 2 Partnering Room, Room 2.20, at San Francisco International Airport.
