Booster Juice, Canada’s largest chain of fresh juice and smoothie bars, has opened on the domestic/international departures level of Halifax International (YHZ).
“We are pleased to welcome Booster Juice to Halifax Stanfield,” says Tom Ruth, Halifax International Airport Authority president and CEO. “Our passengers will now have even more delicious options post-security, and we are confident Booster Juice’s healthy offerings will be embraced by travelers.”
The company specializes in smoothies made from pure juice, fruit sorbet or vanilla frozen yogurt, frozen fruit, yogurt and ice. Customers have a choice of “boosters,” or herbal supplements such as protein, Echinacea and ginseng.
“Booster Juice smoothies are convenient and made right in front of the customer,” says Dale Wishewan, Booster Juice president and CEO. “In addition to our freshly prepared smoothies, we also offer fresh squeezed juices, freshly grilled wraps and panini, energizing shots and products containing super foods such as wheatgrass, matcha green tea and acai.”
