On the heels of a handful of recent openings, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) has announced the next lineup of food and retail offerings coming to the BOS Shop Dine program. Developed by MarketPlace Development, the new lineup features concepts from SSP America, Delaware North, AirVentures and PremAir.
“Our team is very excited to announce this next phase of restaurants, fast-casual eateries and shopping options to the traveling public at Boston Logan. We think passengers will welcome these well-known brands, many of which are local in nature and will create a hometown feel for our travelers,” said Paul McGinn, president, MarketPlace Development.
The driving theme of the BOS concessions program is inspired by the New England region and culture. A popular local deli and Italian market, Monica’s Mercato (Delaware North) will be joining the ranks, as well as Maine-based OTTO Pizza (AirVentures). Fast-casual Asian eatery Wow Bao (PremAir) will meet Shōjō Boston, a trendy Chinatown gastropub, Red Sox fans’ favorite Tasty Burger and Temazcal Tequila Cantina, a Boston hotspot for Mexican food (all three operated by SSP America).
Specific terminal locations and more opening details will be announced at a later date. All concepts are planned to be open by the end of next year.
