BOS Visitors Can Have Meal “South Of The Border”

BAA Boston and Dine Boston are adding a little bit of Mexican flavor to Boston Logan International (BOS).

As part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, Erwin Ramos from Ole Mexican Grill will offer new menu items at Dine Boston.  The program showcases New England chefs’ specialties at the restaurant for three months at a time.

“The Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program is a great opportunity for travelers as well as the general public to experience the diversity of Boston’s culinary scene,” said Mike Caro, vice president of development for BAA Boston, developer and manager of the airport’s AIRMALL.

“We are pleased to welcome Chef Erwin Ramos to the AIRMALL and excited to taste his unique creations.”

His menu offerings will include items such as Tacos de Camarones (beer-battered shrimp tacos with pickled cabbage, chipotle mayonnaise and cilantro pesto) and Róbalo Asado (pan-seared wild sea bass with grilled corn polenta, sauté©ed organic baby spinach and red bell pepper-chipotle sauce).

The restaurant is in the AIRMALL in Terminal E, before the security checkpoint.
