Boston Pizza International Inc. has opened its first airport location at Edmonton International (YEG), courtesy of HMSHost Corp.
“We are excited to partner with Boston Pizza, an iconic Canadian brand that has a fun, energetic vibe and a diverse menu for travelers of all ages,” says Kent Vanden Oever, vice president of business development for HMSHost. “Bringing more delicious food options such as this sought-after favorite to travelers at Edmonton International Airport is part of our goal to enhance the overall traveler experience.”
Located post-security in the Central Tower, Boston Pizza features gourmet pizzas, pasta, appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Passengers are able to create their own pizzas by choosing crust type, dipping sauce, cheese and toppings. Specialty pizzas include the Spicy Perogy, which includes a combination of sour cream, bacon and cactus-cut potatoes with mozzarella and cheddar and topped with green onions and sour cream.

Boston Pizza also has wings, burgers, pastas and salad options, like the Market Spinach Salad and the Roasted Beet and Peach Salad. Plus, the concept has kid-friendly options and a breakfast menu.

Boston Pizza will be open from 5 a.m. to midnight daily.
