Syracuse Hancock International (SYR) and Creative Food Group hosted a grand opening this week for Middle Ages Brewery, a locally owned company that opened in the South Terminal in October.
In addition to the bar, Middle Ages will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options, and those in a hurry can visit the Middle Ages Express location next door for grab-and-go options.
Middle Ages Brewing Co. is the only full-production brewery in Syracuse and has been owned and operated locally for 18 years. The beer is inspired by the British brewing tradition. All ales are handcrafted.
“The opening of Middle Ages marks the home stretch of our new concession program,” says Christina Callahan, executive director. “We are so pleased with all of our new locations and look forward to the final sites, Brioche Doree and Johnny Rockets, beginning construction to open by the end of the year. We hope the public will enjoy the new restaurants and retail shops, new products and exceptional service to be found at every location.”
