Austin, TX-based Briggo says that next month it will open its second robotic Coffee Haus at Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS) to provide travelers, airline crews and airport employees with on-demand 24/7 gourmet coffee.
The latest Briggo, an app-based, specialty-coffee system in which the customer becomes his or her own barista, will be located in the new nine-gate expansion at AUS. The first Briggo Coffee Haus at the airport was installed last summer adjacent to Gate 17.
“Thanks to amazing customer adoption and our space-efficient, gourmet quality offering, we’re excited to install our second Coffee Haus in Austin just before we expand operations to include two new installations inside SFO International Airport this spring and summer,” says Briggo CEO Kevin Nater. “We can attribute a significant portion of our momentum and growing worldwide interest to our first Coffee Haus installed here last summer.”
