Brown Named Aviation COO at SEA

Jeffrey Brown has been named the new aviation chief operation officer at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) where he will be tasked with coordinating operational and strategic decisions so the airport continues to run smoothly and efficiently during its multi-billion dollar infrastructure upgrade.

Brown has been the director, aviation facilities and capital programs, for the Port of Seattle since June 2016, leading the aviation planning, capital programs, facilities and infrastructure, art program, and the airport building departments.

In his more than 25 year career in aviation, Brown also served as chief infrastructure officer for Houston Airport System and also held key roles at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) and with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ).

In his new role, Brown will help manage current spending of more than $6.5 billion on capital development projects at SEA during the next five years, including the new International Arrivals Facility and a new, high efficiency baggage system.
