Bruegger’s Bagels has inked a deal to open a fast-casual bagel bakery in the main terminal at Dallas Love Field (DAL).
Luis Ibarguengoytia, who will operate the Bruegger’s, is a 16-year restaurant veteran.
“Dallas Love Field and Bruegger’s Bagels are going to be a great match,” Ibarguengoytia says. “We are excited to introduce an ease of service and our delicious menu to Love Field visitors later this year.”
Non-traditional development, such as at airports, are among the heart of the restaurant’s expansion plans.
“We are committed to offering great tasting food and ease of service to patrons who need it most,” says Paul Carolan, chief development officer for parent company Le Duff America Inc. “The Dallas Field shop is just one more step in our ongoing effort to serve people wherever they are.”
