SSP America, a division of SSP Group, this week appointed Amanda Busby as chief operating officer. She’ll be tasked with overseeing the operation of more than 250 unique brands, leading efforts to drive employee engagement and building a robust talent and succession plan.

Busby is a seasoned restaurant leader with more than 20 years’ experience with an expertise in driving business and revenue growth. She joins SSP America from Red Robin Restaurant Company where she most recently served as the vice president of operations overseeing a portfolio of 230 restaurants staffed by 15,000 team members and generating $670 million in annual sales.
