Celebrity chef Cat Cora has teamed with Hojeij Branded Foods to open Cat Cora’s Taproom at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County (DTW).
The concept features the use of fresh and organic ingredients to create its unique dishes. The menu includes starters, such as the Ploughman Platter, which includes aged meats, cheeses, house-made pickles and ciabatta, and entrees, such as Port Marinated Lamb Shank and Bangers and Mash with Cora’s Hot-Sweet Mustard.
Cat Cora’s Taproom also features specialty cocktails, and local craft beers and spirits from the Michigan area.
Regynald Washington, CEO of Hojeij Branded Foods, says the company is thrilled to open this and other unique concepts at DTW. “There’s no reason guests shouldn’t be able to enjoy a gourmet meal between flights,” he says.
