Caviar House & Prunier Returns To New York

European seafood purveyor Caviar House & Prunier has returned to New York with a new location in John F. Kennedy’s (JFK) Terminal 4.

The Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar originally opened in Terminal 4 in 2008 but closed several years later in the face of a major construction project, which expanded the terminal significantly.

The venue’s menu features a Prunier caviar and Balik salmon, along with additional seafood, champagne and wine. A special menu has been created that fuses the seafood tastes of the East Coast and Europe.

“Terminal 4 strives to create a superior passenger experience for travelers, and, as such, our terminal features an unparalleled selection of food and beverage offerings,” says Gert-Jan de Graaff, president and CEO of JFKIAT LLC, which operates Terminal 4. “We look forward to our continued work with SSP America to bring in food and beverage offerings that not only reflect the city we live in, but also meet the diverse needs of our travelers.”

SSP America is the exclusive food and beverage operator at Terminal 4. The company also will unveil within the terminal later this month Camden Food Co., an extension of an existing Camden Food concept, that will feature fresh whole foods, including fruit, artisan sandwiches, and healthy grab-and-go items.

“Our successful partnership with the JFKIAT team will remain focused on creating an extraordinary passenger experience for one of the finest airport terminals in the world,” says Michael Svagdis, president and CEO of SSP America.
