Denver International Airport (DEN) announced that the American Express Centurion Lounge has opened, becoming the airport’s first non-airline lounge.
Located on the mezzanine level of Concourse C near gate 46, the new lounge includes American Express’ first craft beer bar, featuring a rotating selection of locally brewed beer, a cooking station with an Italian menu designed by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson. The 14,000-suqare-foot lounge also has design elements reminiscent of the Rocky Mountains, an immersive gaming experience, plenty of lounge seating and free WIFI.
“We are happy to be able to offer our passengers a new place to enjoy and rest their feet while they wait for their flight,” said DEN CEO Kim Day. “It’s a pleasure to welcome our first non-airline lounge to Denver, and to welcome American Express to the DEN family.”
Access is complimentary for Platinum Card Members, Centurion Members and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members. Day passes are currently not available for purchase, the airport said.
