Miami International (MIA) has a new restaurant offering a taste of South Florida.
Chefs of the Caribbean is now open near Gate D-29. It is the latest ACDBE to be added to MIA’s North Terminal Marketplace.
“We’re proud to add even more diversity to our dining options with the opening of Chefs of the Caribbean,” says Miami-Dade Aviation Director Emilio González. “With service to more than 150 destinations around the world, it’s important that we cater to the multi-cultural preferences of our customers. Being a small business champion is also one of our top priorities, which is why we enthusiastically congratulate Chefs of the Caribbean on its successful launch today.”
The restaurant offerings include Escovich red snapper, curry and jerk chicken, conch fritters, Creole mashed plantains and oxtail. It also has Caribbean-inspired soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts and beverages. Beers from Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas will be available.
