Tal Wi Wi Land Sale/Development Request for Information (RFI)
The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking responses to this RFI from qualified Respondents interested in purchasing and developing approximately 820 acres of City of Phoenix Aviation (PHX) owned property located north of Luke Air Force Base at the intersection of Litchfield Road and Olive Avenue. PHX has interest in a Solar Production development for a portion of this property.
