Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is letting travelers and guests experience all that the city has to offer next week as it hosts the annual Celebrate Cleveland event, Sept. 23 – 27.
Among the activities during the five-day event are a walk along the CLE concourses with Chomps, the Cleveland Browns mascot, while indulging in Malley’s Chocolates CLE bars, and a chance to see exotic animals during Cleveland Metroparks Zoo’s Professor Wylde’s Traveling Show.
Cleveland Indians mascot Slider will be making a return appearance to walk the concourse again this year, treating passengers’ sweet tooth with Malley’s Chocolates candy bars, while the celebration concludes with the Mitchell’s Ice Cream Social, where guests and travelers can get free scoops in front of Embers Fire & Ice Bar in the Main Terminal.
Fraport Cleveland is participating in the Celebrate Cleveland festivities, now in its fifth year at the airport.
