CLEAR announced this week that its trusted and transparent identity technology and touchless security lanes are now available at Oakland International Airport (OAK).
CLEAR uses retinal scans to verify identity, enabling a frictionless passenger experience through TSA security checkpoints. With CLEAR’s launch in OAK, an ongoing presence at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC) and its rollout last month at Sacramento International Airport (SMF), the company continues to grow and invest in California.
“Our partnership with CLEAR elevates the customer experience while prioritizing the health and safety of airport travelers” said Bryant Francis, director of aviation at the Port of Oakland, operators of OAK. “We are excited to join the robust network of national airports providing this trusted technology.”
