Clear Channel Airports Inks Seven Year Ad Contract Extension at PHL

Clear Channel Airports has signed a seven-year extension of its contract to provide advertising at Philadelphia International (PHL), enabling it to continue to focus on state-of-the-art concepts that optimize advertising effectiveness and revenue generation at the airport.

As part of the new program, Clear Channel Airports will oversee eight 360° digital column surrounds, two large-format LED video walls, illuminated tension fabric displays, garage sponsorship opportunities–all as integral parts of a digital ad network that spans all the airport’s concourses and baggage-claim areas.

“Advertisers and business owners want to reach the audiences who matter most to them, at the right time and in the right place throughout the increasingly complex consumer journey,” says Clear Channel Airports President Morten Gotterup in a statement announcing the extension. “We look forward to working with PHL to bring this opportunity to life for advertisers in an aesthetically pleasing way that creates an overall all first-impression worthy of the Philly region.”
