Clear, the registered traveler program offered by Verified Identity Pass Inc., has signed an agreement with Flight 001 to sell pre-boxed Clear gift cards at its seven US stores.
The gift cards are good for a one-year membership in the program, valued at $99.95, and the packages come with all the information a traveler needs to start enrollment at flyclear.com, according to the company’s Web site.
Clear registered traveler cards are currently accepted at 13 airports with six more expected to launch the service this winter. More than 80,000 enrollees have cards. The program has been operational since July 2005.
