Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) today revealed a redesigned website and a new mobile app, a first for this airport.
“Both the website and app enhance the customer experience at CLT,” says aviation director/CEO Brent Cagle. “Directions, flight status, CLT amenities, restaurants and shops, it’s all there. It’s like having your own airport assistant right at your fingertips.”
The app combines a host of special features to help guests navigate the airport, including real-time flight tracking and indoor navigation that provides turn-by-turn directions anywhere in the terminal. An interactive terminal map helps travelers locate their shopping and dining options.
The CLT Airport app is available in the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. CLT also revealed today its redesigned website, boasting a stream-lined and more informative interface for travelers to surf.
