The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3 Boarding Area F News and Multi Concept Retail Store Lease (Lease).

The Lease comprises a single retail location approximately 2,646 square feet that will incorporate a newsstand and no less than two separate retail branded concepts. The Lease term is 7 years with two 1-year options and the Annual Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee, which will be proposed by the proposer and not less than $650,000.00, or the following percentage rent: 12% of Gross Revenues achieved up to $1,000,000.00; plus 14% of Gross Revenues achieved from $1,000,000.01 up to
$2,000,000.00; plus 16% of Gross Revenues achieved over $2,000,000.00.

An Informational Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Aviation Museum at San Francisco International Airport. This is a time when staff will discuss desired concepts, minimum qualification requirements, address any questions relating to the Lease and RFP and receive comments from participants. Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
