Concession Opportunities At SFO

San Francisco’s Airport Commission has issued Requests for Proposals for six Terminal 2 concession leases at San Francisco International (SFO). The RFP includes five specialty retail concession leases and one casual dining food and beverage concession lease.

SFO will charge the higher of a minimum annual guarantee or a percentage rent agreed upon in contract negotiations, the airport said. For retail leases, SFO suggests a minimum financial offer ranging from $125,000 to $325,000, depending on location. All retail leases are for seven years. For food and beverage, SFO suggests a minimum offer of $250,000. That lease will have a term of ten years.

The airport said that small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to apply.

SFO will hold an informational conference on Thursday, October 26 at 10:00 a.m. at the Aviation Museum & Library in the International Terminal.
