San Francisco International Airport is accepting proposals for the Terminal 3 West Food and Beverage Lease. The Lease is comprised of one food and beverage facility in Boarding Area F of Terminal 3. The concession will specialize in either a gourmet market or deli concept for a term of three years, plus three one-year options exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission. The Minimum Annual Guarantee for the first year of the Lease is $30,816. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 25, 2015.
