Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking a Concessions Advertising and Services Director to develop and implement new strategies that enhance the DEN customer experience. You will also expand airport concession opportunities in areas such as advertising, sponsorships, concession program marketing and other passenger amenities or services.
Education Requirement:
Baccalaureate Degree or higher in business, marketing, retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
Three (3) or more years’ professional level experience in at least one of the following fields:
- Advertising/Sponsorship/Marketing Program Management
- Concession Program Management and/or Marketing
- Retail/Customer Amenities/Services
- Mall Management and/or Marketing
- Airport Administration/Management
Education/Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Five (5) or more years’ experience in one of the following fields:
Retail/Customer Amenities/Services
Concession/Mall Program Management, including branding and marketing activities
Advertising/Sponsorship/Marketing Program Management
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
