Concessions International has brought Fly Burger Bar Boutique to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL).
The restaurant, which has Atlanta roots, celebrated its grand opening April 15.
“Whether you’re visiting Atlanta for the first time or a local, we really wanted to create an opportunity to connect customers to the city through our unique food,” says said Concessions International CEO Donata Russell Major.
Fly is a concept of Tom Catherall, founder of Atlanta-based Here to Serve Restaurants, and it is the first concept he created specifically for an airport environment. Menu options include Holy Guacamole, featuring freshly made guacamole; the Korean Kimchee, with sesame krispies and pickled veggies; the Crabby Patty, made with lump crab; and the Veggie, topped with caramelized onions, all served with french fries; also available are salads, all-day breakfast items and signature shakes, as well as beer and cocktails.
“We are thrilled to welcome Fly Burger to Hartsfield-Jackson,” said Hartsfield-Jackson Interim General Manager Miguel Southwell. “Today, with our partners Concessions International, we welcomed the 11th and final new concept to Concourse B, providing yet one more unique dining option to travelers passing through our airport.”
