Concessions International, in a joint venture with its ACDBE partner Southwest Minority Financial Group, has opened Drew Pearson Sports 88, a sports bar and restaurant. in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Terminal E.
The restaurant’s namesake, Dallas Cowboys player Drew Pearson, who wore number 88, will take part in the restaurant and bar’s Jan. 15 grand opening by doing a ribbon cutting, meeting fans and signing copies of his new book “Hail Mary: The Drew Pearson Story.”
Drew Pearson Sports 88 will feature a full menu of starters, salads, burgers and sandwiches in addition to a breakfast menu. Menu specials will include “The Original Frito Pie,” the “Hold ‘em Long Texas BYO Burger” and the “Mr. Clutch BBQ Meat Sandwich.”
The bar and restaurant will also sell a selection of Drew Pearson apparel.
