Richard Kinley is the new chief operating officer (COO) of Outstanding Hospitality Management Group (OHM), while Roger Patel has been named senior vice president of Design & Construction and Lynn Groharing joins the OHM team as vice president of Finance & Administration.
Kinley brings more than three decades of industry experience to his new role, spending his entire career prior with HMSHost in various executive positions including roles in Business Development and Operations.
Patel received his promotion after spending the past two years overseeing operations and construction projects for OHM during the COVID pandemic.
Groharing brings 20 years of financial management, public accounting and senior leadership to her new role and is being tasked with cultivating and leading OHM’s Finance and Administrative team as the company continues its growth.
