Cordova Tapped To Be Executive Chef For Au Bon Pain

Stefano Cordova has been named executive chef for Au Bon Pain Inc.

Cordova has more than 30 years of foodservice experience in fine and casual dining, as well as major sporting events such as the Olympics, PGA tournaments and international tennis events.
