Country Music Star Lands Exhibit At BNA

Marty Stuart is bringing his photographic chronicle of personal inspiration to Nashville International (BNA) as part of the Arts at the Airport program.

The latest installment of the country music star’s work, Marty Stuart’s American Odyssey, will debut June 2 at BNA.

“We are delighted to have an exhibit of this caliber on display at Nashville International,” said Raul Regalado, president and chief executive officer of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.  “Working with Marty Stuart and the Tennessee State Museum has been a fruitful collaboration since we all share an appreciation for the visual and performing arts.”

The Mississippi native has been taking pictures since he was 13 – almost as long as he’s been playing the guitar.

In the American Odyssey collection, he pays tribute to country music singers and songwriters, rockabilly writers and performers, and the Lakota Tribe of North Dakota.
