Customer Service Experts has unveiled a new brand initiative.
The company has a new logo that it says depicts a strong brand mark and color palate that support a suite of consulting services and products that will be launched this year. Its new tag line is “Every Connection Counts,” which it says defines CSE’s commitment to building lasting client relationships.
CSE will also introduce a strategic service model that will be used in organizational diagnosis, strategy and implementation of all client service improvement initiatives.
“2011 signifies the next generation of service development for CSE and our clients,” says Lise D’Andrea, president and CEO.
