Daniels Bistro + Bar Brings Taste Of California To LAX

Daniels Bistro + Bar, a full-service restaurant offering California-inspired cuisine, has opened its doors at Los Angeles International (LAX).

Featuring breakfast, paninis, sandwiches, pizza, salads and handmade crepes in a bar, restaurant and lounge atmosphere, there is also an espresso bar with Velvet Hammer and other specialty coffees; the bar has premium wines, draft and bottled beers, and signature cocktails. Travelers can find it on the lower/arrivals level of the newly renovated Tom Bradley International Terminal.

There is also a 20-by-20-foot video public arts wall showing scenes of California and abstract art and panoramic views created by local artists.

“Daniels Bistro + Bar offers an oasis where travelers can relax, enjoy good food and drinks in a comfortable and friendly environment,” says Clarence A. Daniels Jr., president and CEO of CMS Hospitality Corp., which will operate the restaurant. “The Bistro is here to welcome travelers and family and friends waiting for arriving travelers.”

“CMS Hospitality Corp. brings a unique concept to our growing selection of dining options at LAX,” says Gina Marie Lindsey, LAWA executive director. “It’s great to offer our travelers a taste of California-inspired cuisine when they arrive at our airport or for family and friends waiting for arriving travelers.”
